Grocery School is a show for anyone who wants to eat better. It’s also a great show for beginning cooks. Host Sarah East will show viewers how to buy certain foods. She’ll also tell you what to avoid when buying certain foods. Some episodes will take her out of the grocery store and out to a park, berry farm, or maybe even a bar. Had a little trouble using the SHARE button for emailing a post . . . it asked me to enter my email in the “from” field, but there was no “from” field. Thought you’d want to know . . .
